Rainwater harvesting cisterns address water shortage in mountain areas

As villages mount the clouds, movement hardens, chances of assistance subside and poverty flourishes. Fetching water from downhill requires difficult daily trips for women and children that motivated SFD-Yemen to provide a public rainwater harvesting tank and work wages for each poor household in Beit Al-Amuharbi village, Maswar district of Amran Governorate.
